Commission Terms & Conditions

The Commission Process

Creating a commissioned painting is a collaborative experience. Together we will discuss the desired size, color palette, inspiration, mood, and any special requests before work begins.

Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your commission and begin the creative process.

The remaining balance, along with shipping charges, is due before the artwork is shipped.

Creative Process

Each painting is an original work of art. While I welcome inspiration images and ideas, I do not create exact copies of another artist's work or recreate previous paintings exactly.

My goal is to create a unique piece that reflects the agreed vision while remaining true to my artistic style.

Timeline

Estimated completion times vary depending on the size and complexity of the painting. An estimated completion date will be provided before work begins.

Please note that drying time may affect the shipping schedule.

Revisions

One minor revision is included during the painting process, provided it is within the original project scope.

Requests for significant changes after completion may incur additional charges or require a new commission.

Shipping

Finished artwork will be professionally packaged and shipped after final payment has been received.

Copyright

The artist retains all copyrights to the artwork.

The purchase of an original painting or commission does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, printed, or used for commercial purposes without the artist's prior written permission.

The artist reserves the right to photograph and display completed artwork for portfolio, exhibition, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
