Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Each original painting is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

  • Original artwork ships within 3–7 business days after payment has been received in full.

  • Commissioned artwork ships after final approval and payment.

  • If additional drying time is needed for a newly completed painting, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date.

  • If additional time is needed for framing, as it is through a 3rd party company, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination and size of the artwork.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and insurance requirements of your artwork.

Delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited shipping is available upon request.

International Shipping

I am pleased to ship artwork internationally.

Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees required by their country.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

  • International orders may require additional shipping time.

Packaging

Every painting is professionally packaged using archival and protective materials to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Larger paintings may be shipped in custom-built boxes or, when appropriate, rolled in a protective tube for safer international transport.

Shipping Insurance

All original artwork is shipped with insurance for its full purchase value.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  • Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Save all original packaging.

  • Email photographs of the damaged artwork and the packaging.

I will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact me. I will initiate a carrier investigation and assist in resolving the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to resend.

Signature Confirmation

Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value artwork to ensure safe delivery.
