Copyright & Reproduction Rights
The purchase of an original painting or commissioned artwork conveys ownership of the physical piece only. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the artist unless otherwise transferred in writing.
Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, photographed for reproduction, printed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the artist's prior written permission.
Certain original paintings have been selected for authorized fine art print reproduction through licensed publishing and gallery partnerships. These reproductions are created and distributed under separate licensing agreements and do not affect the collector's ownership of the original artwork. The licensing of select works for fine art print publication allows a broader audience to enjoy the imagery while preserving the value, authenticity, and collectibility of the original painting.
The artist reserves the right to photograph, reproduce, publish, and display completed artwork for portfolios, exhibitions, publications, websites, social media, promotional materials, and authorized print licensing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
