Orders for original artwork may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

Commission orders may be canceled before work begins.

Original Artwork

If you are not satisfied with your piece when you receive it. Please reach out. I want you to love your piece and love it in your space. I am happy to have it returned in it’s original packaging and …

Option 1: Client will be provided a return shipping label and will be given credit to choose another piece from Rikki Drotar Fine Art, of equal/or lesser value. This is considered an investment and portions of said credit will not carrier over to other investments in the future.

Option 2: Client will pay the return shipping and once the artwork is received by Rikki Drotar Fine Art, will then receive a full-refund.

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. I will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Commissioned Artwork

Because commissioned paintings are created specifically for you, they are non-refundable once work has begun. See Commission Terms & Conditions.

Throughout the creative process, I strive to communicate clearly and provide updates when appropriate to ensure the finished artwork reflects the agreed-upon vision.
